The founding company of the group, specialising since 2017 in smart digital solutions, process automation and optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design, IoT, and BI solutions. Clients include Škoda Auto, Czech Railways, and GTS Alive.
BOOTIQ SK
A Slovak software company with many years of experience, specialising in software development and integration with a focus on Atlassian. Clients include Baumit, J&T Bank, and Raiffeisenbank.
Bluesoft
A Brno-based software company, established in 2009, specialising in developing web applications and complex digital solutions on the Kentico platform. Clients include Sazka, E.ON, and the German Bundesliga team Mainz 05.

BIQ story
Founding of BOOTIQ
BOOTIQ was established with a focus on full-stack development. The goal was to build a company with in-house development, strong leadership, and the ambition to gradually attract additional areas of expertise.
Founding of BIQ Group
Acquisition of Novasoft
With Novasoft joining BOOTIQ in the BIQ Group, the scope expanded to ERP systems and customer processes. The aim was to become a partner for full-scale digitalisation, not just web-based projects.
Acquisition of the Slovak EEA team, now operating as BOOTIQ SK
The group gained top consultants and experts in Atlassian and enterprise integration solutions across diverse sectors. The acquisition brought an experienced team and entry into the Slovak market.
Acquisition of Bluesoft
BIQ Group sought a stable technology partner with deep Kentico CMS expertise. The acquisition of Bluesoft made it possible to scale enterprise web solutions and strengthen market position.
BIQ Group activation
A new phase of active group development began. Group management transitioned under BIQ Group to drive collective growth and strengthen its structure.
Acquisition of PUXdesign
BIQ needed to extend capabilities beyond development into strategy, UX, and design. The acquisition of PUXdesign, a design- and strategy-oriented studio, made this possible.
Annual turnover exceeds CZK 500 million.
Entry into foreign markets
BIQ Group began securing projects outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia, specifically in the USA, Australia, Germany, and Austria.
Acquisition of TALENTIQ
The group expanded by adding a reliable partner for software development, IoT solutions, IT capacity outsourcing, and licensed Recruitment Agency Services.
